In our spring boot app, we are using ZonedDateTime and hibernate.jdbc.time_zone is set to UTC. While storing, whatever the time we send is getting stored in UTC timezone, while reading the timestamp into the java object as ZonedDateTime, the zone is getting set to system default. Any ways by which we can read the timestamps in UTC using hibernate? Can we write any interceptors to set the timezone to UTC by keeping the date and time same?
